Hardware Specialist
Description
As hardware specialist at Green Island you will manage our stock of hardware products. This entails contact with our different suppliers, compiling our hardware and ensuring stock levels aren’t breached. Order preparation will also be one of your tasks as well as installation of our hardware on the client's side. You will work closely with our LAN-based team to make sure that we provide the necessary service to our clients.
What you’ll do
Contact with different suppliers in regards to ordering our items in stock.
Compiling orders for our clients.
Ensuring that stock levels aren’t breached.
Installing our hardware on site at our clients.
Provide technical support regarding our hardware.
Who you are
You have a technical background (degree in electricity)
Be detail oriented and don’t settle for anything less than exceptional.
Experience in the gaming industry (gaming machines) is a plus.
A team player.
Passionate about the gaming industry and ready to help us take it to the next level.
