What you’ll do
- Design and maintain SQL models, transformations, and analytical queries.
- Build reliable pipelines and projections across transactional and analytical data stores.
- Create dashboards and internal tools that help teams make informed decisions.
- Work directly with product, marketing, customer success, finance, compliance, and operators to define useful metrics.
- Improve acquisition, retention, segmentation, promotion, financial, and operational analysis.
- Investigate performance and correctness across large datasets.
- Own data work from the initial question through production use.
Who you are
- Strong SQL and relational data foundations, including performance tuning and analytical query design.
- Experience with data modeling, warehouses, pipelines, or change data capture workflows.
- The ability to connect technical data work to commercial and operational questions.
- Comfort building or contributing to user-facing analytical tools.
- Experience working with large datasets in a high-scale environment.
- Familiarity with BI and pipeline orchestration tools.
- Experience in gaming, betting, or online entertainment is a plus.
- Clear communication and the initiative to identify useful work before it is fully specified.
